Before packing starts
Stop an order through Track & Support while it is still in intake or packing. Approved pre-despatch cancellations refund to the original payment method.
After a label is printed
Once a shipping label exists, cancellation is usually closed. You may refuse the parcel; return logistics and any spoilage risk can reduce the refundable amount.
COD refusals
Repeated COD refusals without a documented reason may suspend COD on the account while prepaid checkout remains available.
When refunds post
Approved refunds are started within 5–7 working days; arrival in UPI or bank accounts depends on the receiving institution.
